Artisteer is very easy to use for both beginners and professionals working in the field of web design. You can create a template for your Website Or Blog like Joomla, Blogger and Wordpress. When you first open Artisteer you will be presented with options such as Basic HTML, Content Management System (CMS) like Joomla, Wordpress, Drupal, Blogger, and DontNetNuke, Web Design Templates As well as ASP.NET Application and CodeChare + Studio.




In this tutorial, I'm using Artisteer Version 3, Here are the basic things you should know in Artisteer.



1. Top Bar



Top Bar is the top menu in Artisteer that includes Title, Icons (Artisteer, File, Open, Save, Undo, Redo, and Publish).

The menu bar is a basic menu to create a template in Artisteer, which has features such as:

Ideas are my favorites because you do not have a headache thinking about good design , with Idea features, you can make a template quickly and easy. Suggest Ideas Design features such as: Suggest Colors, Fonts Suggest, Suggest Layout, Background Suggest, Suggest Sheet, Suggest Sidebar, Header Suggest, Suggest Menu, Suggest Article Design, Style, and Publish.

B. Colors and Fonts





Color & Fonts is a menu to set the basic color and font in the template, Color & Fonts have features such as = Colors (Color Themes), Paints (Adjust), Fonts (Font Sets, Typography and Font Scale).

C. Layout







Layout is a menu to set the layout of the template, such as = Design Layout (Header, Menu and Footer), Sheet Layout (Sheet Width, Margin and Padding), Content and Layout (Columns, Column Width, and Margin), And Blocks (Block Position).

D. Background



Background is menu to set the background  template that have features like Background (Fill Color And Gradient), Tekture And Image, And Light Effect.

E. Sheet




Sheet is a menu to adjust the Sheet of template,  such as = set Width, Margin, Padding, Radius, Shadow, Fill, Transparency, And Border.

F. Header




Header is a menu to set the header on a template that has features, such as = Layout (Position And Text Block), Background In Section Header, Background Image In Header, Background Photo, Flash, Title, Title And Style.

G. Menu



The menu is a set menu template features which are usually located below or above the header, the features such as = Layout (Position, Length, And Margin), Menu Styles (Styling And Coloring), Menu Bar, Item, and Sub-Item.

H. Article




Article is to regulate content on the menu template, such as = Preview Image, Shape (Styling), Text Formatting, Other Elements, Header and Footer.

I. Sidebar



Sidebar is a sidebar menu to adjust the position of the widget which typically contains the template, Sidebar has features such as = Sidebar (Sidebar Styling And Layout) Block Styles (Block Shape, Styling, Background, Header, and Content), And Bblock Content.

J. Vertical Menu





Vertical menu is a menu or link list is contained in the sidebar and Vertical menu usually contains Category on Website or Blog like Rujacksalad : ). Vertical menu have features such as = Layout (Position), Styles, Menu Bar, Item, and Sub Item.

K. Buttons



Buttons are replaced link with a button to beautify on a website or blog apearance. you can see examples on the comments button at Rujacksalad : ). You can set the Buttons such as = Shape, Texture, Gradient, Shadow, Fill Color, Border, and Text.

L. Footer





Footer is a section at the bottom on a website or blog, and usually contains copyright. You can set such as = Footer Layout (Length and Position & Margin), Footer Styles (Fill, Texture, Gradient, Align, Text Padding, Text, Hyperlink, RSS, Text, Footnote, and Image.

M. The Last Things



The last things are the Suggest menu mode to speed up the process of creating template and Help for the other questions and complaints.
