Blur Effect is the effect that is used to create animated blur easily and quickly without having to make the frames one by one so that the animation will be a blur effect. Blur Effect is actually easier to make than the technique I described in the previous tutorial, but keep in mind to be able to make a good animation you should know the basic techniques in making animation using Adobe Flash.





Let's Get Started "Making Animation By Using Adobe Flash - Blur Effect"

1. As usually using Flash and choose the option presented. Just select "Flash Lite (Action Script 3.0) to start the Adobe Flash.

2. Click the "Oval Tool" on the toolbar or press "O" on the keyboard.

3. Create a circle on the worksheet.



4. Look on the Menu Bar then select Insert> Timeline Effects> Effects> Blur


5. If you've done it will show a menu as below and you can instantly see the preview of the animation used by the blur effect.




6. There are several options that you can set to make your own Blur Effect, Such as =
Effect Duration, Resolution, Scale, Horizontal Blur Allow, Allow Vertical Blur, and Directional Movement. You can test every option that will change the animation.


7. If you have set up a Blur Effect, before you finish the animation, you can see the preview first, by clicking the "Preview".



8. If you have finished the animation, then press the "OK".



9. Blur Effect animation is complete.



Now test the animation. On the menu bar click "Control" select "Test Movie" or press "Ctrl + Enter" on the keyboard.
